Intercall, its most recent edition, among other useful features, makes it simpler to track a team’s internal and video communication by documenting and recording team member phone and video calls in Salesforce.

Additionally, Fastcall’s consulting division offers turnkey Salesforce Admin, custom programming, and training services to help businesses make the most of Salesforce.

Price of Fastcall

Essential Edition and Pro Edition, which cost $30 and $60 per user, are our most popular pricing plans. Plans are paid for each month and start with 10 users. When you sign up for a year, you get a discount. The $30 Essential Edition lets you use your existing hard phone or the Fastcall softphone to make outbound calls (click-to-call.) With personal inbound call routing, phones can be set up to ring when a call comes in. There are also the options of simulating and overflowing. You can record calls. The Pro Edition ($60) adds SMS, voicemail drop, dial by list, listen-in, call transfer, and advanced call logging with lookup to Opportunity, Case, and/or Multiple Contacts per call. We can also make a plan just for you.
