As a result of a difficulty that its creators were personally facing, NinjaCat was created. A constantly expanding variety of platforms and channels were used to collect data on the efficacy of digital marketing. To reliably obtain such data for each client, let alone interpret it, takes a lot of time and work. The company’s founders envisioned an automated reporting process in which they could connect directly to other platforms to stream data into pre-built report presentations. They decided to design one because they couldn’t find a tool to do this.

In New York City’s basement of CEO Paul Deraval, three friends started NinjaCat in 2013. For gathering, storing, reporting, monitoring, analyzing, and visualizing data at scale, NinjaCat is now the best all-in-one digital marketing performance management software.

Although there is a rather steep learning curve, I found the onboarding and training to be quite thorough when we first started using NinjaCat. Support is also highly attentive and assists you in picking up new skills as you go. When I was still figuring out the system, they were always tolerant with my queries. As a former NinjaCat user, I think the most recent version is much easier to use and has a nicer appearance than it had a few years ago.

  • Tom Y. says:

NinjaCat provided excellent customer care to enable us (Torstar clients) access and use the NinjaCat APIs successfully. With their help, we were able to complete our tasks more quickly and with less programming effort.

    A big thank you!

  • Rajiv A. says:

The software doesn’t integrate with well-known email services like Aweber and Mailchimp, necessitating the usage of shaky third-party solutions. The opportunity to share client ad spend and conversions is provided, nevertheless, and the program’s performance is demonstrated by the tracking and notification of phone calls.

  • Sam K. says:

We require a customized report similar to Analytics, allowing us to select specific dimensions and metrics. It would be great if the report could incorporate Bing and other third-party call metrics for multiple platform reporting. However, we feel that API development could be enhanced for the UK/EU market.

  • Samuel A. says:

NinjaCat provided great service for helping us (Torstar customers) to be able to access and use the NinjaCat APIs efficiently, with good guidance and customer services, so we can utilize NinjaCat APIs effectively and with less programming effect to get the job done.

    Thanks a lot!

When we first started using NinjaCat I found the onboarding/training to be very thorough, and while there is a pretty substantial learning curve support is very responsive and helps you learn new things as you go. They have always been patient with my questions while I was still learning the system. As a previous NinjaCat user I find the current version to be very easy to use and looks much nice than it did just a few years ago.
