    Excellent customer service is offered by Bandwidth, and getting in touch with their support staff is a breeze. Our account person responds quickly and is very helpful. Furthermore, after moving a lot of our DIDs to Bandwidth, we have not seen any significant service-related problems.

    Each successful business depends on its personnel, and Bandwidth has the best! Every single person I’ve interacted with, from support all the way up to account managers and everyone in between, has been AMAZING! knowledgeable about the procedures, prompt to offer assistance, and ALWAYS extremely polite and pleasant. Again, this organization is comprised of a Wonderful bunch of individuals.
    They really LISTENED when suggestions for enhancing the Dashboard were made. Two of the four recommendations our group made have been put into practice by Bandwidth thus far. Impressively good.

    There were one or two missing features compared to their main competitor when we went with Bandwidth. But, now, I think they are really close to on par or better than older, more expensive competitors.
