    I have seen no better software than service fusion. When one of their tech support staff members expressed amazement that I had eight tabs open and the software was still operational while we were still using Smart Service, I recognized it was a poor product. After that, in order to avoid selecting yet another subpar piece of software, my management and I watched numerous software demonstrations. Service Fusion was, by far, the most affordable and functional software on the market of all the examples we saw. Since it is internet-based, we don’t need to download any additional software in order to use it on any computer or tablet. It also gets regular updates, which saves me a ton of time because I don’t have to go to every office workstation to update the program since it’s online.

    If Service Fusion can concentrate on the fundamental product and make sure there are no bugs, the product is typically good and has a lot of promise. Although I’m confident that the AI will benefit many people and be lucrative for Service Fusion, it shouldn’t be the main priority until the fundamentals are worked out. Salespeople should be upfront about the product’s capabilities because switching between field service management solutions is not an easy undertaking for service providers.

    I can access all of my accounting and client information when I’m on the go thanks to Service Fusion. I can access it via the app on my phone, tablet, or work Desktop, and it has good customer service. I can therefore save a great deal of time.

    Its didactic material, although it has a large number of video tutorials to teach the proper use of this application, the fact that they are so long makes it practically impossible for me to see them quickly to learn how to get the most out of it. the application, so I had to learn in a totally self-taught way.

    The accounting information can be a little tough to navigate through when looking up invoices and payments. You can always just use the search feature.
