    Compared to the market leaders, a little bit more reasonable, but in exchange for that luxury, you give up functionality and direct integrations.
    Javascript code initially required a special addition from Customer Service in order to function. The CS team needed to be more responsive and helpful. My mails would occasionally go unanswered for days (or even weeks in one situation). Even closing the account needs to be done by contacting the customer service team; this is just not feasible through the account portal.
