Our tracking numbers have all been managed and our ad tracking has been greatly aided by Addsource.com. We are able to track how many calls we get from each phone number, and we can even organize them into different categories to find exactly what you might be looking for. Additionally, it has call recordings so we can use them for training. Since we have started using it, it has been quite helpful to us.
The only thing we don’t like about it is that the call times are on Pacific Time instead of Eastern Time, which may make it harder to pinpoint something if we need it at a precise time. It provides the town from which the call originated, but it would be wonderful if it also included the zip code.
