What is ServiceTitan?

Field service management software in the cloud is called ServiceTitan. CRM, intelligent dispatch, thorough reporting, marketing management capabilities, mobile connectivity for field technicians, and QuickBooks integration are all included in the platform.

The platform’s main offering includes advanced task scheduling, a drag-and-drop dispatch board, integrated text, email, and call functionality for communicating with technicians, as well as advanced reporting. The mobile technician system enables paperless billing, mobile payment processing, and virtual sales presentations to assist technicians in upselling with each visit. The phone integration solution enables users to record the whole customer discussion to provide real-time feedback for the users’ CSRs, monitor each call, and link lifetime value from each call to the associated marketing campaign.

What is the new integration environment?

It is similar to the sandbox environment and is a new offering called the integration environment. We advise that you initially carry out your development and pre-production testing tasks in this environment before moving on to production (Go-Live).

When are V2 APIs launching in production? When can I Go Live?

In Q4, V2 APIs will be made available in two stages. By mid-November 2021, the first release, which will include 80% of the APIs, will be available. By the end of December 2021, the second release, which will include the remaining APIs, will be made available. We’ll let you know when the release occurs.

Will I have access to both the integration and production environments?

You will have access to both the integration and production environments as a ServiceTitan customer. Access to the integration environment is restricted to developers.

    There are a ton of combinations that can match your business! ST also hosts several webinars with some of the top experts in the field to support the expansion of your business. There are several resources available for training in ST as well as best practices from similar firms.

    We love that any and all customer information can be found in ServiceTitan. It saves us so much time from having to hop over to multiple platforms when we need to get an answer quickly.

    It does not communicate with QB Online. This has been a frustrating point for our business. Quickbooks is moving away from desktop to online and as much as we pay for Service Titan, it should communicate accurately.

    The ONLY aspect of ServiceTitan that comes to me that I detest is the price of their marketing strategy. It is significantly pricey. They must reduce the price of it quickly. We have not even come close to recovering our initial investment. Although they did give us our credit back, we still have to complete our year-long contract, which is upsetting because they can clearly see that it is not in our best interests. I am aware that we committed to something. When compared to similar programs, their cost is rather exorbitant. That’s the only thing I’d object to.
