- Voicemails drop
- Conversational AI seems like a powerful tool. Underused in our company.
- It froze sometimes.
- It constantly logs out and forces me to log back in through both RingDNA and Salesforce before calling or texting anyone which requires a 2 step process. This can be prevented by logging into RingDNA at the start of each day before Salesforce, I just need to make this a habit!

I can prevent unwanted calls to my cell phone by utilizing RingDNA, which I use to connect with students. The Google plugin installs quickly, and the app functions effectively. The call quality is usually excellent, and it’s convenient to be able to contact or text my pupils while I’m at work.
It aids in the smooth and efficient expansion of my pipeline. It is one of, if not the finest, venues for sales involvement. I appreciate that it also offers sales coaching. RingDna interfaces effortlessly with Salesforce, and features like Local presence, Voice mail drop, calendar integration, and zoom integration make my work flow really fluid. I use RingDna mostly to communicate with clients.
It engages intelligent dialer. It provides insights and reports to colleagues through call-log automation and helps us manage Leads. It’s a perfect tool for communicating with others. I use it to contact new clients, and I love the voicemail drop feature
According to me, it is the most convenient calling application. However, I would like to highlight a few changes that Revenue.io should make. First, they should fix the problem of receiving calls on Busy mode sometimes. Apart from that, they can include a feature through which we can create a summary of the call before the call ends. Also, they should release the updates regularly.
