The program runs well, and navigating the UI is simple. I really appreciate having so many possibilities for getting in touch with potential customers throughout the phone session.
The ease of onboarding and use is the top selling point for the system. We use the system during our open enrollment in the health insurance space. We have now expanded to its use with a contracted LATAM vendor. Phoneburner even facilitated staff training as an extra effort to secure our account. The system is very intuitive and has a lot of features that allow you to stay compliant. This power dialer provides the necessary tools which allow a one-to-one dialing experience.
The calls drop continuously, the program is very buggy, and there is a lot of static. Their IT team didn’t even know that putting quotations in someone’s contact name would make the software malfunction. If I owned this company, I would drop the software because it has cost the company too much time and frustration for the employees.
