To maintain communications with our clients and keep track of such communications, we use CTM. For quality control and follow-up, it is incredibly helpful for us to be able to listen in real time to user calls. Additionally, as CTM enables the installation of codes on the backend of websites for tracking numbers to be changed dynamically based on the traffic source, we use it for call monitoring purposes for digital marketing accounts.
